They also specialize in addressing critical issues such as burnout, innovation, gender equality, financial literacy, social media literacy, sports, critical thinking, aging populations, and career advising.In addition to their educational offerings, Topcoach excels in project management, particularly within Erasmus Plus projects. One of their key initiatives focuses on enhancing the efficiency of adult learning and training. This project aims to support teachers by providing them with methodological tools and a shared curriculum to improve teaching effectiveness and learning processes.

Changemaker Educators Association is inspired by the changemaker movement, which seeks to build the skills and attributes for individuals to find innovative solutions to society’s challenges. It was created to improve the quality of educational services, to promote educational values, and help young people find their place in the modern world. One of our main aims is to reinforce the role of lifelong learning and create a sense of world citizenship based on understanding and respect for human rights and democracy, while encouraging tolerance and respect for other peoples and cultures. In addition to 30 expert trainers, there are 300 young and adult members in the institution. Moreover, we are interested in promoting sustainability for the concept of solidarity, social inclusion and intercultural dialogue and supporting young people to be more engaged in active citizenship. Institution trainers: In cooperation with families, civil society and local governments, it strives to create a conducive environment that supports the development of the psychological, cognitive and physical capacities of young people and adults that will lead to a better future. It supports sustainable holistic lifestyles through healthy lifestyles.
